3. Tickets can only be ordered and mailed in the province of Ontario & is open to anyone over the age of 18 years except the: Showcase Chairman; Co-Chair and their immediate families living in the same household. Only 23,000 tickets will be issued with a maximum of 22,595 tickets for sale.
4. Ticket pricing: $100 each or 3-pak of tickets for $200 or 6-pak of tickets for $300. Tickets can be purchased at: • 59 Hazelton Dr, Sudbury ON, • online at www.sudburykinsmen.ca • or by calling 705-688-0366. Guidelines for purchasing a 3 or 6 pak are: All tickets must contain the same information • Only ONE method of payment • Only ONE mailing address • Up to THREE names may be recorded on a ticket. Any dishonored payment for ticket(s) shall cause the purchaser to forfeit the ticket(s). The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
5. Purchase Deadlines: Early Bird purchase deadline is June 9th, 2024 @ midnight and Grand Prize purchase deadline is, June 16th, 2024 @ midnight. Draw Dates: Early Bird draws June 11th, 2024 at 7 pm, in the event all tickets are sold prior to the Early Bird deadline the remaining draws shall commence immediately after the Early Bird draws; Grand prize draws, June 18th, 2024 at 7 pm. All draws will be made at the Sudbury Kinsmen Showcase Home; 59 Hazelton Drive, Sudbury, ON, by using Random Number Generator software. Tickets purchased before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for all prize draws.
6. Prizes are awarded as indicated on ticket starting from top to bottom in each series of draws and are tax-exempt. All winners will be notified by phone & or in writing immediately following the draws. Kinsmen Club of Sudbury Showcase Chair is appointed the judge and his decision is final. Once a certified winner is verified and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given their prize. All Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no exceptions, substitutions or cash alternatives (unless otherwise stated). The list of winners will be published on the Sudbury Kinsmen Website & Facebook page within 3 working days of the draw(s). Contestants accept these rules and agree to the use of their names and pictures for publicity purposes & you hereby give consent to the Kinsmen Club of Sudbury to gather & retain the personal information contained on this ticket. Prize(s) must be claimed no later than six months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prize(s) must be donated to a beneficiary approved by AGCO.

There will only be 80,000 tickets issued for sale. Any dishonored payment for ticket(s) shall cause the purchaser to forfeit the ticket(s).
3. Purchase Deadline is June 16th, 2024 @ midnight. Draw will be made at the Sudbury Kinsmen Showcase Home; 59 Hazelton Drive, Sudbury, ON, on June 18th, 2024 at 6:30 pm by random numbered generated software. Once the winner is verified and provides photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize, which is 50% of the total accumulated sales.
4. Winner will be notified by phone & or in writing immediately following the draw and the winning ticket number & name will be posted on the Sudbury Kinsmen Website and Facebook page within 3 working days of the draw. Contestants accept these rules and agree to the use of their name and picture for publicity purposes & you hereby give consent to the Kinsmen Club of Sudbury to gather & retain the personal information contained on this ticket. Prize must be claimed no later than six months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prize must be donated to a local charity approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
