1. Tickets can only be ordered and mailed in the province of Ontario. This contest is open to anyone over the age of 18 years except the: Chairman; Co-Chair and their immediate families living in the same household. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
2. Ticket pricing: $10 each or 3 for $25 or 5 for $40. Tickets can be purchased at 59 Hazelton Dr, Sudbury ON, online at www.sudburykinsmen.ca or by calling 705-688-0366. All tickets must contain the same information • Only ONE method of payment • Only ONE mailing address • Only ONE envelope will be mailed containing all tickets. There will only be 80,000 tickets issued for sale. Any dishonored payment for ticket(s) shall cause the purchaser to forfeit the ticket(s).
3. Purchase Deadline is June 16th, 2024 @ midnight. Draw will be made at the Sudbury Kinsmen Showcase Home; 59 Hazelton Drive, Sudbury, ON, on June 18th, 2024 at 6:30 pm by random numbered generated software. Once the winner is verified and provides photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize, which is 50% of the total accumulated sales.
4. Winner will be notified by phone & or in writing immediately following the draw and the winning ticket number & name will be posted on the Sudbury Kinsmen Website and Facebook page within 3 working days of the draw. Contestants accept these rules and agree to the use of their name and picture for publicity purposes & you hereby give consent to the Kinsmen Club of Sudbury to gather & retain the personal information contained on this ticket. Prize must be claimed no later than six months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prize must be donated to a local charity approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
